Looking Through God's Eyes as You Stand for Marriage Restoration

Scripture: Luke 8:17 (TPT) - "Everything hidden and covered up will soon be exposed, and uncovered and laid bare before all. What you have said in the dark will be heard in the light, and what you have whispered secretly behind closed doors will be shouted from the housetops for all to hear!"

Standing for the restoration of your marriage can feel like navigating through a maze of hidden struggles, unspoken pain, and unresolved issues. Yet, in the midst of this journey, God invites you to see through His eyes—to perceive the truth that is often obscured by the shadows of brokenness and despair. Luke 8:17 reminds us that everything hidden and covered up will eventually be exposed and laid bare before God. As you stand for your marriage, let us explore how looking through God's eyes can bring clarity, healing, and restoration.

God sees beyond the surface-level struggles and misunderstandings in your marriage. He perceives the deeper issues that lie hidden beneath the facade of brokenness. As you stand in faith, invite God to shine His light into every corner of your relationship. Allow Him to reveal the root causes of conflict, the wounds that need healing, and the areas where forgiveness is needed. Through His perspective, you can gain insight and understanding that will guide you toward reconciliation and restoration.

Furthermore, God's eyes are not clouded by judgment or condemnation. He sees you and your spouse with eyes of love, grace, and compassion. As you stand for your marriage, emulate God's heart by extending grace and forgiveness to your spouse. Let go of bitterness, resentment, and the desire for revenge, and instead choose to walk in love and humility. As you extend God's love to your spouse, you create an environment where healing and reconciliation can flourish.

Moreover, God's eyes are not limited by time or circumstance. He sees the full picture of your marriage—the past, present, and future. Trust in His sovereignty and His ability to work all things together for your good and His glory. Even in the midst of uncertainty, hold fast to the promise that God is faithful to complete the work He has begun in your marriage. As you look through God's eyes, you can find peace and hope in His eternal perspective.

As you stand for the restoration of your marriage, remember that God's eyes are always upon you. He sees your struggles, your pain, and your faithfulness. He hears your prayers, your cries, and your hopes. Trust in His vision and His plan, knowing that He is working all things together for your ultimate good. Look through God's eyes, and you will find clarity, healing, and restoration beyond what you could ever imagine.

Look Through My Eyes.

“As you stand for the restoration of your marriage I invite you to come and look on my Face. Gaze into my glory until you are transformed. I will give you new eyes, my eyes, which give you true understanding. When you look through my eyes, the world around you changes. When you see the sick, I see them healed. When you see the lost, I see them asleep and ready to be awakened. When you see darkness approaching, I see the enemy defeated. And when I look at you, I see you completed—whole, beautiful, lacking nothing.

I call you into true vision, so that you might see. Partake of my healing eye salve, and your vision will be clear. I will heal your eyes and cause you to clearly evaluate and discern the day in which you are living. Many see doom; I see glory. Many see devastation; I see my kingdom increasing and having no end. I see the end from the beginning. When you come before my throne, you will see what my prophet Isaiah saw—the whole earth full of my glory! And you will see that I am indeed restoring your marriage!”

PRAYER:

Heavenly Father, I thank You for the privilege of standing for the restoration of my marriage. Help me to see through Your eyes—to perceive the truth, extend grace, and trust in Your sovereign plan. Shine Your light into every corner of my relationship, revealing hidden struggles and areas in need of healing. Give me the strength to walk in love and forgiveness, knowing that You are always with me, guiding me toward reconciliation and restoration. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.

DECLARATIONS:

Monday:

I declare that I will look through God's eyes as I stand for marriage restoration, seeking His perspective on my relationship.

Tuesday:

I declare that I will invite God to shine His light into every corner of my marriage, revealing hidden struggles and areas in need of healing.

Wednesday:

I declare that I will extend grace and forgiveness to my spouse, emulating God's heart of love and compassion.

Thursday:

“I declare that I will trust in God's sovereignty and His divine perspective, knowing that He is working my marriage restoration for my good.”

Friday:

I declare that I will find peace and hope in God's vision and His plan for my marriage, even in the midst of uncertainty.

Saturday:

I declare that I will hold fast to the promise that God is faithful to complete the work He has begun in my marriage.

Sunday:

I declare that as I look through God's eyes, I will find clarity, healing, and restoration beyond what I could ever imagine.
